Congratulations to the winners of local elections. Mayor Brian Sager was re-elected. The Woodstock Independent has a nice results page for all Woodstock races. MCVote has everything for McHenry County.
I was at the Jaycees’ mayoral forum a couple of weeks back and enjoyed getting to know the candidates and their positions better. It’s good to see contests as it forces everyone to get sharper on the issues and speak more often to the public.
